Conference Registration
Abstracts are due on July 22nd. Please use the Submit Abstract button below to navigate to Easy Chair. Once on the Conference Easy Chair link, you will be asked to make an account, then you will be able to upload your abstract and select the appropriate section it related to.
To register for the conference, please select a registration package below. Before registering for the conference, you must make a new IBE account due to website updates. Please make a new account by following the sign up instructions located in the header of the site.
Please find the available conference packages below, and refer to the table at the bottom of the page for associated rates. Once you have selected the package that you wish to purchase, please click on the "more information" button and then add it to your cart.
- The All Inclusive Package is for regular members only. It includes hotel stay for September 13th and 14th, the conference registration fee for all days, complementary breakfast and lunch on September 14th and 15th, as well as dinner on September 14th (banquet dinner).
- The early bird rate is $850 for members and $1000 for non-members.
- The Registration Only Package is for regular, corporate, and student members. It includes the conference registration fee for all days, complementary breakfast and lunch on September 14th and 15th, as well as dinner on September 14th (banquet dinner).
- This package does not include hotel stay; however, discounted room rates will be provided to purchase separately.
- The student member package does not include the Saturday Night Banquet Dinner, but it can be purchased separately.
- Students are eligible for Travel Awards. Please find more information at the bottom of the page.
- The early bird rate is $450 for regular members, $250 for student members, $600 for non-members, $300 for student non-members, and $600 for corporate members.
- The 1-Day Registration Package is for regular, corporate, and student members. It includes the conference registration fee for September 14th OR September 15th, complementary breakfast and lunch on September 14th OR 15th.
- This package does not include hotel stay; however, discounted room rates will be provided to purchase separately.
- This package does not include the Saturday Night Banquet Dinner, but it can be purchased separately.

Student Travel Awards Now Available
The Institute of Biological Engineering is pleased to offer travel awards to undergraduate and graduate students in need of financial assistance for conference attendance. There is limited funding available for students who require help to attend the conference, and we encourage those interested to apply as soon as possible. Only students who have registered for the conference and/or membership are eligible for funding. These travel awards aim to support the academic and professional development of students by providing them the opportunity to engage with experts in the field, present their research, and network with peers. Recipients will be selected based on their demonstrated need and the potential impact of their attendance on their educational and career goals. Students must apply by July 31st.
